Working from photos - drawing for lino

After talking to John yesterday about creating and composing scenes I thought I should take some of my own photos to help for reference when I draw. Although I did want to work solely from my photos and for a lot of the scenes I can, I saw this photo of the men in the pub and thought they would go well. 
I cut out my photo on photoshop and placed it in half of the photo and then printed it off and drew out the scene, I scanned it back in and added the poster of Poor Cow then flipped it ready to be transferred onto lino. 
I wanted to do this scene and thought the two images worked well because Joy works in a pub and I think the composition is successful and is more like what I imagined and wanted to be making at this point in the project.
